voicemail
Every global Village number comes with a voicemail
box. You can retrieve and review your voicemail
message two different ways.
Email – you can have all of your voicemail
messages sent to you by email. The subject line
will show you the caller ID information of the
caller and the size of the message. You can then
listen to this message on your computer through
your speakers or headphones.
Email notification only – you can choose
to receive a notification that you have voicemail
without the message attached. The subject line
will show you the caller ID information of the
caller and the size of the message. This is very
useful if you will be checking email from a dial-up
account. You can then choose to have the message
delivered to you, delete the message, or listen
to the message through your phone.
Phone retrieval – You can also listen to
your messages through your phone. Just dial 2999
and follow the prompts. If you choose to have you
messages stored on the Global Village server for
phone retrieval, up to five messages can be stored. |
