This firmware updater was designed for North American Modems Only. If you purchased your modem outside the US or Canada, using a firmware updater may DISABLE your modem. Please contact your local Global Village International distributorxto acquire the appropriate updater.

Caution: If the firmware update process is interrupted for any reason (power outage, computer crash), permanent damage to the modem may result.

Note: This download assumes that you have Stuffit Expander or some other de-archiving utility. You need to specify in the web browser you're using, that the above de-archiving utility is the "helper app" for de-archiving "'hqx" type files. See your browser's help information for instructions on how to do this.
