caller ID

When someone calls your Global Village phone, the Caller ID information is sent as the phone is ringing. To use this function, you will need a telephone with built-in Caller ID capability or an external Caller ID box with a display.

When you make a phone call, your phone number will be sent along with your call so the recipient can identify you as the caller.

caller ID blocking

Before placing a call, you can disable the sending of Caller ID for that call.

If you never want to send caller ID, you can disable the sending of Caller ID for all outgoing calls.

call return

Call Return lets you return a call to the last person who called you without having to know their number, look them up in a directory or check the caller ID.
